He was predeceased by: his father L. Joe Parker. He is survived by: his mother Kathy Parker (Darveau) of Ridgefield, WA; his daughter Andrea Kelley (Drew) of Orleans; his grandchildren, Kayden, Kaleila, Colten, Khavilah, Khelaina, Kaisley and Kierian; his sisters, Robyn Proudfoot (Mike) of Vancouver, WA and Diahn Zebrun of Ridgefield, WA; his close friends, Shonda of French Lick, Neal Smith of French Lick, Scott of French Lick and Peggy Rayls of French Lick; his aunt Katie Toedtli of Alliance, NE; and his uncles, Rodney Parker of Alliance, NE and Jack Darveau. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
