He is survived by: his father Michael'an Cook (Evan); his children, Darian Sanders (Jon), Kyla Basham (Franklin) and Brayden Powell; his grandchildren, Maddox, Lainey, Aria, Asher and Elsie; his friend April Bennett of Sellersburg, Indiana.; his sister Marianne Lemastus of Louisville; his nephews, Tim and Greg Lemastus; his niece Stacey Carter of Louisville, Kentucky.; his brother Corey Padgett (Bridget); his nephew Tate; and his cousins, Gary Wininger of French Lick, Jeanie Townsend of French Lick, Chris Land (Dianna) of French Lick, Doug Jones of French Lick and Tony Anderson of Ferdinand, Indiana.. He is also survived by four beautiful children, five perfect grandchildren and numerous close friends.
