He was predeceased by: his parents, John E. Meehan and Myrtle Meehan (Dickens); his children, Kimberly May Gabrael and Shawn Meehan; his siblings, Alma Abel, Pauline White, Thelma Brown, William Carl, Thomas, John Edward, Jr. and James David Meehan; and his granddaughter Maria Montesano.
He is survived by: his children, Steve Meehan (Jackie) of Colorado Springs, Teresa Meehan of Orleans and Candi Montesano (Brian Cook) of Orleans. He is also survived by Grandchildren (13) Great-Grandchildren, Many Nieces and Nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Brosmer-Kemple Funeral Home (9640 IN-56, French Lick, IN 47432). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at the Cane Creek Cemetery (4932 S Co Rd 1175 W, French Lick, IN 47432).
