He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Bill" Hopper and Betty Brown (Ballard); and his siblings, Carolyn Knight and Charles "Bub" Hopper. He is survived by: his daughters, Sheena Rae Buelna and Amy Arthur; and his sisters, Jean Patton (Joe) and Kay Hallaway (Paul). He is also survived by Grandchildren, Nieces, Nephews, Cousins.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Brosmer-Kemple Funeral Home (9640 IN-56, French Lick, IN 47432). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at the Bethel Cemetery.
