He is survived by: his wife Carol Beck; his children, Teresa of Akron, Iowa, Kevin (Janet) of Manilla, Iowa and Duane (Laura) of Cincinnati, Ohio; his grandchildren, Chris, Matt Murphy of Akron, Iowa, Collin Brus (Dani) of Wall Lake, Iowa, Emily Shuck (Zach) of Martinsville, Missouri, Jonathan, Jenna, Bridget, Addison and Dillon of Cincinnati, Ohio; his sisters, Dorthea Hubble of Weslaco and Marilyn Garnett of Mesa, Arizona; and his brothers-in-law, Gerald Beck of Manning and Stanley Beck (Zoy) of Mooresville, Indiana. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Zion Lutheran Church (1204 Center St, Manning, IA 51455). A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
