She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Donald and Doris Lewis (Watson); and her siblings, Ray Edward Lewis and Cindy Lou Lewis. She is survived by: her children, Teri Gaines (Kelly), Tracy Newcomb, Catrina Ulmer and Amanda Cox; and her siblings, Donnie Lewis and Bobbie Jo Lipply (Larry). She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, twenty- six great grandchildren.
