She was predeceased by: her parents, Phillip Walkup and Mary Walkup (Legg); her husband Roy King; and her sister Mary Frances Hosey. She is survived by: her brother James Claude; her daughter Sharon; her son-in-law Kevin Fralick of Huntertown; her daughter Sheila; her son-in-law Dennis Payton of Auburn; her son Rich King of Garrett; and her sister-in-law Sally King of Navarre, Florida.. She is also survived by Three grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.

Memorial donations may be given in memory of Marie to Lakewood Park Baptist Church, the Church at Garrett or the American Heart Association.
