He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Ferguson and Velma Pauline Ferguson; his wife Evelyn Ferguson; his son Brent Ferguson; and his brothers, James Ferguson and Byron Ferguson.
He is survived by: his children, David Ferguson Jr. (Theresa) of Kendallville, IN, Julia Steward (Mike) of Garrett, IN, Thomas Ferguson (Alissa) of Galveston, TX and Diana Waring (Henry) of Avilla, IN. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
David asked that in lieu of flowers – memorial donations be made to: Riley Children's Hospital, St. Jude Hospital for Children or St. Martin's Healthcare – Garrett, IN.
