He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin G. LeQuia and Loretta M. LeQuia (Jensen). He is survived by: his daughter Shanna LeQuia Blair of Garrett, IN; and his siblings, Terrylynn LeQuia Johnson of Racine, WI and Robert Krakow of Chicago, IL.. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
