Dawn Brendel Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on November 15, 2025, at the age of 64, Dawn Brendel of Garrett, Indiana passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Dawn Brendel to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Merle Gabbard and Ellen Gabbard; her husband Robert C. Brendel; and her siblings, Baron "Bear" Davis and Denoda "Dodi" Gabbard.

She is survived by: her children, Baron Brendel (Erin March) of Lafayette and Leanne Middleton (Mark) of Auburn; her close friend Danny Thornsberry of Garrett; her grandchildren, Robbie Brendel, Evie Brendel, Lil Middleton and Griffin Middleton; her sisters, Jean Varner (Tony) of Connersville and Denise Mason (Brian) of Oklahoma; Alex March and Ryan March.
