He is survived by: his parents, Cheryl Garrett (Mike Brown) and Rick Smith; his daughter Hailee Smith; the mother of his child Stephanie Smith; his siblings, Paige Polomcak (Frank Iavagnilio) and Chace Rigsby (Serita Wallace); his partner Carleen Garrison; his stepfather Mark Polomcak; his aunts, Kristin Griffin and Laura Culveyhouse; his siblings' children, Penelope Rigsby, Liam and Lyden Rigsby; and his cousins, Cole and Stevie Vance.
Memorials may be given to the funeral home for funeral expenses.
