He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Leutz and Faye Williams Koch. He is survived by: his wife Karen; his daughter Lisa; his son-in-law Jerry Ott; and his sisters, Doris Presley, Peggy Bailey and Robin Cooper. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren & many great-grandchildren.
Burial will take place in Christian Union Cemetery – Garrett, IN Memorials are to New Hope Baptist Church.
