He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence J. Lantz and Dorothy B. Lantz (Roach); and his brother Larry Lantz. He is survived by: his children, Thoma Smith of Garrett, IN, Theresa Sibery (Kerry) of Auburn, IN, Tim Lantz (Lisa) of Garrett, IN and Trey Lantz (Krista); and his sister-in-law Judy Lantz of Auburn, IN. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren.
