She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Chapman and Lorah Chapman (Hettinger); her grandchildren, Sarah Musselman and Vincent Musselman; her stepbrothers, Kerry Hartle and Kenny Hartle; and her sisters, Madaline Smithheart and Melody Chapman.
She is survived by: her children, Samantha Souder (Chad) of Garrett, IN, Kelby Musselman (Zonda) and Casey Musselman (Shannon) of Berne, IN; and her brother Robert Chapman of Tri-Lakes, IN. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
