He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest Rowe and Ellen Rowe (Snyder); and his brothers, Ricky Rowe and Ronald "Jim" Rowe. He is survived by: his daughters, Stephanie Duzan (Tim) of Fort Wayne and Amanda Brown (Tom) of Garrett; his granddaughters, Ashley Jacobs and Madison Jacobs; and his siblings, Randy Rowe, Ralph "Dave" Rowe, Rudy Rowe, Rita Brown, Ronda Maggert (Ricky), Shawn Kimmel and Chelsie Tadsen (Kris).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Pinnington Funeral & Cremation Services (502 N Main St, Auburn, IN 46706). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial donation in Raymond's honor may be made to DeKalb Humane Society.
