He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry C. Heiman Sr. and Naomi Heiman (Teegardin); his wife Christie J. Heiman; his daughter Rochelle "Shelly" Daniel Heiman; and his brothers, Louis Heiman and Daniel Heiman.
He is survived by: his son Richard A. Heiman II (Joyce Halsey) of Garrett, IN; and his brothers, David Heiman of Avilla, IN and Henry Heiman Jr. of Avilla, IN.. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
