We bid farewell to Shad Hiles of Garrett, Indiana, born in Kalamazoo, Michigan, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on August 30, 2025 at the age of 55. Shad touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his father Walter Hiles; his sister Diane Coville; his sister-in-law Kathy Hiles; and his father-in-law Kenneth Judson. He is survived by: his wife Jody L. Hiles of Garrett; his daughters, Chelsea Hiles (Jake Needham) of Fort Wayne and Courtney Hiles-Young (Dean) of Wolcottville; his grandchildren, Moanae, Odin, Maylakelee and Manearahlin; his brothers, Frank Hiles of Winter Haven and Jessie Hiles of Avilla; his mother-in-law Trudy Judson of Garrett; and his brother-in-law Rick Judson of Garrett.
