She is survived by: her mother Betty Smith of Searcy, Arkansas; her daughters, Angie Hathaway of Garrett and Jamie Greim of Fort Wayne; her grandchildren, Alivia (Konner), Cody, Christopher and Kyle; and her siblings, Charles Smith of Hazelton, Indiana, Jackie Hackett of Searcy, Shirley DeRose of Fort Wayne and Carol Sheets of Searcy, Arkansas. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
