He is survived by: his daughters, Monica Berry (Warren), Melinda Stump (Brad), Deanna DeKoninck (Mark), Susan Shipe (James A.), Theresa Kappel (Michael Voegerl) and Denise Andrews (William). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and 9 great-grandchildren.
