Vicky was a bartender at the Garrett VFW. Vicky was a member of the Garrett American Legion and VFW. Visitation will take place from 4-6 p.m. Thursday, March 15, 2018 at Thomas Funeral Home, 1277 C.R. 56, Garrett, IN., with the funeral service taking place at 6 p.m.
