He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Gerald Neyhart and Marian Frances Neyhart (Grugel); and his great grandchild Demitris Neyhart. He is survived by: his sisters, Karen Thomas (Neyhart), Janet (Neyhart) and Garcia (Michael); his children, Julie Neyhart, Ryan Neyhart (Gina) and Jason Neyhart (Jill); his grandchildren, Kaitlin Neyhart (Cameron), Amber Farmer (Brian), Jasmine Neyhart, Haley Neyhart, Reann Neyhart (Zack) and Nyla Neyhart; and his great grandchildren, Beau Neyhart and Carter Fagg.
