He was predeceased by: his parents, Juan P. Medina and Esperanza Medina; and his sisters, Amelia Castaneda (late Roman) and Guadalupe Nowakowski (late Marcel). He is survived by: his children, Valerie Hernandez (Rudolph), Esperanza "Bobbie" Kime (David), Rogelio Medina Jr. "Tico" and Mark Medina; his siblings, Gilbert Medina (Vicenta) and Margaret Ramirez (Jesse); and his caregiver Lenny Norris. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
