She was predeceased by: her mother Rosetta Jamerson (Hill); and her brothers, Daniel Jerome Hill, Rudolph Delano Hill, Dr. Paul Gordon Hill and Kenneth Cornell Hill.
She is survived by: her children, Paulette Jackson and Alan Jamerson (Denise); her grandchildren, Brian Jackson, Ashley Jamerson, Austin Jamerson and Clare Jackson; her cousins, Evelyn Wallace (Irvine), Prentiss Thomas and Sandra Davis; her godchildren, Anthony, Victor Kirkland, Reginald and Renard Smith; and her sister-in-law Cynthia Hill. She is also survived by many relatives, church family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Ridgelawn Funeral Home (4201 W Ridge Rd, Gary, IN 46408). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 at 6:00 PM and on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
