He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Sewood and Doris Sewood; his brother Ernest Sewood Jr.; and his nephews, Zachary and Ernest II.
He is survived by: his children, Danae, Stephanie and Thomas Sewood; his former wife Sandra Henley; and his sister Germaine Bennett (Julius). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
