He was predeceased by: his wife Joyce Elaine Campbell; his parents, Orval W. Hawk and Grace Ellen Hawk; his daughter Terri Ann Hawk; his son-in-law Earl Edwards; his brothers, Dick Hawk, Ronnie Hawk, Floyd Eugene Hawk and Gerald Hawk; his grandson Shawn Edwards; and his great grandchildren, Joshua Moreland and Kaylee Hawk.
He is survived by: his children, Beverly Edwards, Larry Hawk (Ginger) and Michael Hawk (Theresa); and his grandchildren, Keela Schmidt (Doug), Troy Edwards, Amber Ramsey (Ron), Stephanie Halbur (Brent), Andrew Hawk and Derek Hawk. He is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren; and 25 great-great grandchildren.
