He was predeceased by : his parents, Raymond Roach and Ruth Roach (Wilson); and his siblings, Geraldine Roach, Evelyn Fowler, Harold Roach, Eugene Roach, Vera Dodd, Betty Taylor and Mildred Hendershott.

He is survived by : his sisters, Dorothy Josleyn, Lynda Tidwell and JoAnn Tidwell; his wife Joyce Roach (Wildoner); his children, Dennis Roach (Cindy) and Debra Foster (Matthew); his grandchildren, Meredith, Courtney, Timothy and Katrin; and his stepdaughters, Bobbie Gaertig, Kimberly Gebert, Lisa Crone, Theresa Rowland and Lori Maggard. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren.
