She was predeceased by: her parents, L. C. Scott and Hazel Scott (Mendenhall); her husband Howard L. Williams; her son Steven Lessley Williams; and her brothers, Russell Franklin Scott and David Mark Scott.
She is survived by: her daughter Leales Rapp (Robert) of Gas City; her grandchildren, Lonnie Upshaw, Denise Born, Tommy Huffman, Chelsi Line and Crystal Rapp; her pet Spook; and her nieces, Anna Turner, Lois Carter and Patty Qualls. She is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
