It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rita L. Fields of Gas City, Indiana, born in Marion, Indiana, who passed away on February 18, 2024, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Daniel Murgaw and Norma Murgaw (Kirby); and her sister Linda Murgaw. She is survived by : her husband Walter D. Fields; her children, Rodney Bowman (Pam), Tina King, La Fontaine, Paul Fields (Stephanie), Marion and Dean Fields; and her siblings, Rick Murgaw (Carolyn), Kevin Murgaw and Londa Parish (Russell). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren;18 great-grandchildren.
