She was predeceased by: her parents, Basil Collins and Margree Collins (Jackson); her son Richard Allen Millspaugh; her brother Don Rex Collins; and her in-laws, Guy and Martha Millspaugh.
She is survived by: her husband Guy "Bub" Millspaugh; her children, Gale Fink (Bill), JoEllen Webster (Dane Miller) and Rex Millspaugh (Jana); and her grandchildren, Delainie Weaver (Kameron), Rhyan Webster, Jennifer Webster, Denelle Murrell (Alex), Nick Millspaugh (Brooke) and Logan Nicum (Tyler). She is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren; along with several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to Alzheimer Association.
