She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Calvin Curtis and Margaret Lavon Curtis (Smith); her husband John Day; her daughter Debbie Cheney; and her siblings, Bob Curtis and Judy Scott.
She is survived by: her son Steven Day of Gaston; her sister Margie Strausbaugh of Gas City; and her grandsons, John Day (Diana) of Bluffton and Nick Day (April) of Redkey.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Needham-Storey-Wampner Funeral & Cremation Service, Storey Chapel (400 E Main St, Gas City, IN 46933). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
