He was predeceased by: his parents, Dallas W. Moore and J. Jonelle Moore (Rosenbury). He is survived by: his wife Denise Moore of Geneva, Indiana; his daughters, Becky Ley (Kory) of Berne, Indiana, Liz Heflin of Berne, Indiana and Angela Moore (Erik Grayvold) of Chesterton, Indiana; his grandchildren, Jacob Heflin, Lucas Heflin, Gabriel Heflin, Benjamin Heflin, Titus Grayvold, Hope Grayvold, Gwendolyn Grayvold and McKenzie Ley; and his brothers, Joe Moore (Denise) of Beech Grove and Tom Moore (Tamara) of Gosport, Indiana..
