He is survived by: his children, Natalia Elrod (Joseph) of Fort Wayne, Indiana and Cline Frank of Fort Wayne, Indiana; and his siblings, Kaye Voth (Allen) of Overland Park, Kansas, Keith Frank (Dianne) of Fort Wayne and Kent Frank (Jeanne) of Berne, Indiana..
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, November 4th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the South Adams Senior Center (825 Hendricks St, Berne, IN 46711).
