She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Schaadt and Edna Schaadt (Daily); her husband Dick; her son Steven Edward Paul; her grandson Derek Lee Paul; and her brother Tommy Schaadt.
She is survived by: her sons, Alan Paul (Belinda) of Geneva, IN and Randy Paul (Jodie Uggen) of Berne, IN.; her granddaughter Jaime Herman; and her great grandchildren, Avery, Paul and Nora Herman.
Memorials may be made in Phyllis's honor to Victory Junction Children's Camp or Hemophilia of Indiana.
