Lezama-Duncan of Grand Rapids, MI; her granddaughters, Brandi Hodge of Decatur, IN and Gabrielle Smith of Decatur, IN; her great grandchild Asher Hodge; and her sister Barbara Willen of Muncie, IN. She is also survived by several Nieces & Nephews.
