She was predeceased by: her parent Skeeter Williams (Galloway); her son Dallas M. Raugh; and her grandparents, Silas, Dorothy Shepherd, Anne and David Moore.
She is survived by: her father Steve Shepherd (Cindy Shepherd); and her siblings, Clarece Shepherd of Geneva, IN, Shilo Shepherd of Berne, IN, Alina Shepherd of Geneva, IN, Robyn Williams of Berne, IN and Johnny Williams of Berne, IN. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Sunday, July 13th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Downing & Glancy Funeral Home N. (100 Washington St, Geneva, IN 46740). A funeral service was held on Sunday, July 13th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
