He was predeceased by: his parents, Grant Couch and Vivian Couch (Elliott); and his siblings, Clyde Couch, Larry Couch and Charlotte A. Groom.
He is survived by: his wife Cheryl J. Couch of Geneva, Indiana; and his children, Sarah E. Couch of Geneva, Indiana and Michael Couch of Indianapolis, Indiana..
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, October 26th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Bryant Wesleyan Church (209 S Hendricks St, Bryant, IN 47326).
