She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Cruse and Margaret Lynch; and her grandson Nathaniel. She is survived by: her husband Galen Samons; her children, Brandi Roberts (David), Shelby Bruner (Nathaniel), Kevin Samons (Jill), Kelly Samons (Nancy), Kris Samons (Becky) and Kyle Samons (Rebekah); her grandchildren, Madison of Devin, JT, Nicole, Steven, Lucas, Jake (Penny), Marissa (Peter), Christopher (April), Cassandra (Devin), Katrinia (Jacob), Elliott, Hudson, Cy, Elizabeth, Aubrey, Karter and Becket; and her siblings, Mike Cruse, Kenny Cruse and Julie Henderson. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Gehlbach and Royse Funeral Home (7420 IN-64, Georgetown, IN 47122). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
