She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles M. Dethy and Amelia Dethy (Missi); her husband Maxwell Allen II; her daughter-in-law Donna Kiesler; and her sister Elvira Dethy (Kay Hoehn).
She is survived by: her children, Linda Kiesler (Mike Tremmel) of Acworth, Dolores Kiesler of Santa Claus, Beverly Hack (Keith) of Georgetown, Kevin Kiesler (Jumi) of Clarksville and Max Allen III (Gywn Limber) of Williamsburg, Virginia; her siblings, Rose Schenk of Bradford, Cletus Dethy (Jean) of Galena and Jim Dethy of Borden, Indiana; and her stepgrandson Derek Hammond (Suki) of Jeffersonville, Indiana. She is also survived by three step-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Sisters of St. Benedict, Heart to Heart Hospice or to plant a flower in her memory.
