He is survived by: his children, Edward Mayfield (Kari), Michelle Elsby (Richard) and Angela Rodewig (Robert); his grandchildren, Michael Mayfield (Amanda), Kaylyn Hensley (Paul), Kevin Mayfield (Abigail), Brooke Tankersley (Dalton), Robert Rodewig (Erin), Shaun Mayfield (Stephanie), Jenna Sterrett (Robert) and Josie Elsby; and his siblings, Joseph (Mary), Janet Bittner (J. C.) and Brenda Brinson (Duane). He is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
