He was predeceased by : his sister Hope Yoho. He is survived by : his sons, Dr. Perry Andrew Johnson (Kathleen) of Georgetown, Phillip Johnson (Kristen) of Boyle County and David Johnson (Judy) of Madison, Wisconsin; and his grandchildren, Caitlin Gaikowski (Jordan), Hannah Johnson, Matthew Severin Johnson, Cameron Johnson and Alexander Johnson. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren; and several other extended family members and friends.
