He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Wheeler and Allene Wheeler (Askren); and his wife Cheryl Wheeler (Hollar). He is survived by: his daughter Tara Duly (David); and his sisters, Betty Booth and Norma Covey (William). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
