He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Edward and Esther Eleanor Cunningham; and his sister Nancy Jo. He is survived by: his wife Kaye Cunningham; his stepson Matt Gilley; his brother Gary Cunningham (Bev); and his pet Oscar. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
