He was predeceased by: his parents, James Garboden and Celeste Garboden (Stucky). He is survived by: his brothers, James Garboden (Janis) of Ocala and Steve Garboden (Susan) of Goshen; and his siblings' children, Jeff (Stacie), Andrew (Melissa), John (Carlene), Joe (Chasity), Mary (Finn), Leah and Rebekah.

Memorial contributions may be made to ADEC (Association for the Disabled of Elkhart County) and Greencroft Foundation.
