Carol Clark Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Clark of Goshen, Indiana, born in Plymouth, Indiana, who passed away on July 12, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Kaser and Marion Kaser (Logan); her husband John H. Kuzbay; and her siblings, Norma Morgan, Ross and Keith Kaser.
She is survived by: her sons, Dan Clark (Dianna) of Broken Arrow, OK, Joe Clark (Deborah) of Hudson, IN and Phillip Clark (Jeannie) of Goshen; and her grandchildren, Raeann Heath (Kyle), Renae Goolsbay (Mike), Danette Carney (Matt), Mathew Clark, Melinda Bollier (Tony), Joshua Clark (Amy), Todd Clark (Anna) and Nathan Clark (Justine). She is also survived by nineteen great grandchildren; and eight great-great grandchildren.
