He was predeceased by : his parents, Clayton L. and Mary E. Chrisman (Walter); his spouse Monna R. Dorsett; his children, Christopher C. L. Chrisman and Hillary J. Chrisman White; and his siblings, Patty L. Shoup and C. Neil Chrisman.

He is survived by : his daughter-in-law Lisa Chrisman; his grandchildren, Chelsea Curtis (Christopher) and Clayton Chrisman; and his great grandchildren, Aiden of Goshen and Olivia Curtis of Goshen.

Memorial donations may be given to Elkhart County Humane Society, American Heart Association or American Diabetes Association.
