She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Birch and Edna Birch (Haslett); and her sons, Fred Ratcliff Jr. and Gary Daniel Ratcliff. She is survived by: her husband Fred Ratcliff; her daughter Jeanna Ryan of Millersburg; and her siblings, Michael Birch (Crystal) of Ligonier and Linda Wertman of Goshen. She is also survived by three grandchildren.
