He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Wesley Jr. and Betty Lee White (White); and his children, Keith, Josh and Julie.
He is survived by: his sons, Wesley White (Hannah) of Middlebury, Matthew White (Ashley) of Goshen and Nicholas White (Reggie) of Middlebury; and his siblings, Janet Lynn Hamilton (William) of Gallipolis, OH, Lesa Marie White of Addison, OH, Cheryl Marlene Hart (Hobart) of Letart, WV and Mark Allen White of Blacksburg, SC.. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be given to the funeral home to assist with funeral expenses.
