She is survived by: her husband Mike Mahaffa; her children, Julie Lehman (Andy) of Millersburg, Kim Mahaffa (Avi Donough) of Dearborn Heights, Lisa Mahaffa Thompson (Josh) of Portage and Mindy Mahaffa of Goshen; and her brothers, Rick Hoover (Celena), Steve Hoover (Janet) and Kirk Hoover. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
