He is survived by: his children, Melissa Marie Chavarria (Carlos) and Dallas Ray Damron II (Brittany); his grandchildren, Daniel Sandoval, Luis Sandoval, Dallas Michael Damron III, Kynlee Damron, Jovani Chavarria and Malia Chavarria; and his brothers, Billy Ray Damron (Carmen) of Ohio and Clifford Thomas Damron (Delight) of Ohio.
