He is survived by: his wife Betty Fox; his children, Angela Swartzendruber of Goshen and Matthew Fox (Corrie) of Fort Wayne; his grandchildren, Cal Swartzendruber, Ana Childs (Dylan) and Olivia Fox; his nieces, Elaine DiRico (John) and Valerie Rader (Dirk); and his nephew Steven Faurote.
